Chapter 2

I woke up this morning to find myself chained to the temple and looking around to see the city, "I had been for some hours extremely pressed by the necessities of nature; which was no wonder, it being almost two days since I had last disburthened myself." So I did – but I’ll Spare you the details. The emperor and several nobility came to offer me Some of their food and Drink (See Picture); ten liquor vessels and twenty carts full of meat; they Tried to talk to me and I tried to respond, then tried again, and again, and again in eight different languages, but they never understood Me. If only I had a Lilliput Dictionary! (See Other Picture)

I then Solidified my standing as an honorable being by Breaking the bonds of the six men that shot at me only moments Before. The people of the court were surprised and proud of my Good manners! As night fell, the emperor and his men brought for my comfort six-hundred common beds to make one for my size.

Word spread quickly that I was in Lilliput, and people started to visit me as if I Was an exhibit on display. Meanwhile the Emperor and his royal people decided what to do about my presence. They realized that I was both costly and time Consuming; and so they agreed to give me my liberty if I swore allegiance with the emperor and his kingdom. However before granting me my Freedom, they underwent a search of my person to discover any secrets that I was hiding from them. They found my Scymiter, revolver, and watch but missed my spectacles, which I kept Out of sight. haha.

Chapter 7

It came to my knowledge today that I have been betrayed! Upon the arrival of a small man, of whose name I know not, I discovered that certain members of the court have a want for me not to attain such high an honor. Due to certain jealousies these men have contrived a document speaking of the crimes I have committed against the people of Lilliput. My death has been called for, however, I am satisfied to know that some members of the council have want for me to live on in return for the favors I have granted them. Unfortunately their pull with the council was not enough to snuff out the petty crimes I have supposedly committed against the nation. One such incident being when I relieved myself on the royal castle in order to put out the flames and save the lives of those within. Though his imperial majesty excused me from this crime, it has come to the attention of those who are most unhappy with my rise to high rank in Lilliput. Because his majesty does favor me it has thus been decided that I will retain my life permitting that I allow them to take my eyes. Perhaps, had I grown up knowing the workings and corruption of court, I would have taken this punishment for what it is: a seemingly mild punishment. I did not, however, grow up with such understanding and therefor have chosen to fled. I will to Blefuscu as planned and escape from there. As I write this I am hastily requesting leave to Blefuscu from his Imperial Majesty and will off to Blefuscu before I can receive his reply. Wish me luck! SUBSCRIBE <3

Chapter 5

I apologize for not posting in a while. Much has happened since my last post.

I did not want to interfere with the struggles between Lilliput and Blefuscu; but as my payment to the Lilliput people, I wanted to show my thanks and appreciation. It was difficult to spy on the Blefuscu people for that I feared of being discovered. I devised a plan that required cables and irons from the Lilliput people. The Lilliput people graciously handed me these tools. My ingenious plan involved swimming across the seventy Glumgluffs deep sea, which translates to about six feet of European measure. Being a grown, normal human, this depth was of no difficulty.

"I trebled the cable to make it stronger; and for the same reason I twisted three of the iron bars together, binding the extremities into a hook."

After swimming with great speed, I arrived at Blefuscu in less than half an hour. Unsurprisingly, the enemy was so frightened that they threw themselves off of their ships. The few soldiers that were brave enough to fight me (a giant!) threw arrows at my eyes. Fortunately, I put my spectacles on and protected my eyes from the embarrassing attack from Blefuscu.

Once this "attack" was through, I used my homemade hooks and cables to transport the ships back to Lilliput. However, the ships were anchored quite tightly to the sea floor, making this task immensely difficult. I had no choice but to cut the ships from their ropes, leaving them in Blefuscu.

Upon my arrival at Lilliput, I was created as a hero! The Lilliuputans were thrilled with my tale from Blefuscu. His Majesty was overwhelmed with joy that we won the battle, but he desired even more from me. He asked me to return to Blefuscu and bring their ships back to his land. "...and i plainly protested, that I would never be an instrument of bringing free and brave people into slavery. And when the matter was debated in the council, the wisest part of the ministry were of my opinion." Thankfully, I did not need to return (although His Majesty was a bit saddened).

Three weeks have passed. Amazingly, the Blefuscu people have surrendered! Peace has been offered, but their conditions of peace are a bit uncommon for His Majesty- I won't bore you with the details.

Most likely because of my victory at Blefuscu, I was awarded the title of Nardac- the highest rank in the empire. Because of this, I no longer need to obey to some of the tedious, unpleasant conditions in my contract.

Around midnight, I heard the word "burglum" being repeated by the Lilliputans. They were shouting and screaming. The sounds were coming from the palace, and being a Nardac, I ran as fast as I could to the shouts. A fire was blazing in the palace! I forgot my coat, but thank goodness I drank a lot of wine. Thinking fast, I started to urinate on the fire to reduce the flames. After the fire was extinguished, I realized what I had done. I knew that urinating in public is a crime in Lilliput, and was extremely concerned.
